2. Improvement

1) Improved corner head design, use 8mm thick bending steel plate, molding and high strength. It is convenient for lifting by the hook hole in the corner head. The corner head is changed to L shape , which is more suitable for the frame. The smooth corner head can avoid the collision and damage in the process of loading and unloading.

2) Wheels, two sets at the front and rear, one set is made of 2 stainless steel wheels. Stainless steel wheels are rust-resistant and durable, which can be used more than 100 times. It saves time and force when pushing folding container into shipping container. It is completely superior to the traditional loading way by roller and crowbar, avoiding the scratching on the surface of the container and the damage on the roof by crowbar when loading and unloading.

3) Stainless steel hinge on folding container, with good stiffness and toughness performance. Single hinge can bear two tons capacity and recycle using more than 50 times.

4) The new type of ceiling, which is made of 0.3mm color steel sheet is beautiful design.
